Human’s are part of our Pets and Friends portraits, they are pictured from the back. We do not do portraits of human faces.

Yes! Names are complementary so we’re happy to send a copy of a portrait with names and one without. Also, the order form has a checkbox to indicate if you would like the name on your portrait or not.

Yes! We will send you a draft of the graphic for you to approve. When you’re happy we’ll send you the final file.

We will accommodate any changes that are made within 12 hours after the order is placed. Email [email protected] with any changes.

You can request multiple sizes when you complete the order form. There is no additional cost for multiple sizes.

A portrait will take 3-5 business days to complete. If you need your portrait fast-tracked, you can check the fast-track option on the purchase form. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will give you an estimated completion time.

We can create a portrait for any animal you’d like. Keep in mind the size of the pet and the style of our Pet and Friends portraits. We can accommodate customizations so if you have any specific questions, please email [email protected]

We accept all cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing the order or before the work is complete.
