Step 1 – Prepare Your Reference Photos

• Pick your favourite photos to send us as a reference. A good close-up photo of your dog’s face is best for a Pet Portrait. If you don’t have a great photo, that’s ok – just enter as much of a description as you can in the description box. For example, if you have a human in your portrait, let us know their favourite colour or if it’s a pet, any colouring details or traits that are special. If we need more detail we’ll follow-up with an email.
• Click on the upload button on the product page to submit your reference photos along with your order.

Step 2 – Customize Your Portrait

• Each of our portraits are unique and special. If there are elements that would personalize your portrait, please note them in the description.
• If you would like to have a copy of your portrait with names, be sure to let us know the names when completing your order. Remember, there is no additional cost to add names to your portrait.
• We offer three signature background colours but if there is a colour you would prefer we will do our very best to accommodate. 

Step 3 – Sit Tight

• We begin your artwork! If more information is needed we’ll send you an email.
• You’ll receive a draft to review and can request changes at this time.
• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a link to download your requested files in your email.

Step 4 – Review

• If you’re delighted with your art, we would be so grateful if you could provide a review.
• Your satisfaction is so important to us so if you’re not happy with the final product please email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our very best to assist.
